Job Overview

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and has an interest in growing their marketing skills in a collaborative environment. As a Senior Marketing Associate, you’ll work closely with team members to create and optimize content across multiple channels to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing

  • Demonstrated creativity and ability to generate original ideas for blog, social media, email, and sales enablement content

  • Experience with MAP & CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)

  • Ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform content strategy

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field

  • Experience managing virtual and/or in-person marketing events, such as webinars or conferences

  • Experience with A/B testing

  • Proficiency in Canva for light graphic design and video creation

Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit blog posts, social media content, client communications, email campaign content, advertising campaign content, and sales enablement materials

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the content aligns with broader company goals and brand guidelines

  • Conduct research to inform content strategy and identify new opportunities

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content and adjust strategies as needed

  • Conduct A/B testing when appropriate to optimize content performance

  • Manage the execution of virtual and in-person marketing events

  • Draft social media advertising and paid promotion campaigns

  • Use Canva to create graphics and visuals to accompany content

  • Report on success of campaigns quarterly to GTM leadership
