Senior Marketing Associate
We’re seeking an organized, creative, and curious marketer to join our team.
Job Overview
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and has an interest in growing their marketing skills in a collaborative environment. As a Senior Marketing Associate, you’ll work closely with team members to create and optimize content across multiple channels to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
Must-Have Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing

Demonstrated creativity and ability to generate original ideas for blog, social media, email, and sales enablement content

Experience with MAP & CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)

Ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform content strategy

Excellent writing skills

Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Experience managing virtual and/or in-person marketing events, such as webinars or conferences
- Experience with A/B testing
- Proficiency in Canva for light graphic design and video creation
Responsibilities:

Create and edit blog posts, social media content, client communications, email campaign content, advertising campaign content, and sales enablement materials

Collaborate with team members to ensure the content aligns with broader company goals and brand guidelines

Conduct research to inform content strategy and identify new opportunities

Monitor and analyze the performance of content and adjust strategies as needed

Conduct A/B testing when appropriate to optimize content performance

Manage the execution of virtual and in-person marketing events

Draft social media advertising and paid promotion campaigns

Use Canva to create graphics and visuals to accompany content
-
Report on success of campaigns quarterly to GTM leadership
