Account Executive
Medicat seeks an experienced Account Executive to join our Sales Team to further grow Medicat as the leader in the College Health and Counseling EHR market.
Job Overview
As a seasoned Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving back-to-base and net new opportunities for growth, while ensuring that client objectives are exceeded. Your strong interpersonal, communication and technical skills allow you to build trust with customers and provide exceptional service. You will be involved in both pre- and post-sales activities to build strong relationships with clients and drive product adoption, retention, and account expansion.

Role & Responsibilities
- Meet & exceed company assigned bookings targets
- Perform cold calling and discovery calls and look for opportunities across our existing client base and new prospects
- Manage assigned leads and pipeline generation from current and new customers
- A sense of urgency for follow-up and follow-through on all activities
- Attention to detail and organized ability to manage multiple deals at the same time
- Build and maintain a 3X bookings goal pipeline
- Implement a self-generated prospecting process, including account prioritization and strategic sales plans
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and manage a sales process from lead to closed won
- Execute direct sales presentations and discussions at all levels of prospect organizations, including remote web presentations and onsite discussions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a clinical or business discipline
- 3+ years of experience in complex solution sales
- Excellent technology knowledge, especially as it relates to mobile and web-based software
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and prior success dealing directly with customers at all levels within an organization
- Ability to successfully handle many parallel customers, each with independent issues and timelines
- Executive relationship building and successful QBR experience
- Experience preparing proposals and quotes
- Excellent analytical abilities, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Experience in defining and tracking metrics and developing processes to improve department performance
- Experience providing weekly reporting to management, implementing feedback in a timely and quality fashion
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexibility in work and travel schedules, as needed
- Willing and able to travel up to 20% of time per year

- Experience selling Electronic Medical Records (EMR)/Electronic Health Records (EHR) or other health and counseling clinic solutions
- Experience with prolonged sales cycles and complex software solutions
