Compliance Services Implementation Analyst

 Medicat seeks a charismatic Compliance Services Implementation Analyst to join a dynamic team dedicated to client satisfaction. The role of a Compliance Services Implementation Analyst is to be responsible for implementation, configuration, training, and revising clinical workflows, to support the successful adoption of Medicat Immunization Compliance Management software. The Compliance Services Implementation Analyst will partner with team members and clinic staff to support the use of the EHR. The position requires advanced knowledge of several systems, applications, and technology.

Medicat Compliance Services provides turn-key, paperless immunization compliance and tracking services for college and universities. Students enter compliance data and submit required forms and documentation online through a portal. Using Medicat Immunization Compliance software, our staff tracks and manages the process of initial data submission, reviews the submitted documentation for accuracy and verifies that all client-specific compliance criteria have been met.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver all assigned new implementations from Assessment to “Go Live”
  • Direct clinic workflow assessment to set client expectations and inform an implementation plan
  • Coordinate software and technical deliveries with internal teams
  • Deliver all aspects of client training via Zoom, LMS, and Help Center, with occasional on-site
  • Utilize Zendesk ticketing system and processes to communicate internally and with clients
  • Engage the client in regular meetings to ensure timelines and objectives are met
  • Identify client issues or red flags early and report to manager
  • Use critical thinking to setup complex workflows and/or achieve ambitious implementation goals

Required Skills

  • Must be outgoing and take initiative
  • 1+ years of EHR system experience
  • Deep practical knowledge of clinic workflow
  • Strong client relationship-building skills, including follow-through, tracking, and closure
  • Excellent training (web-based and on-site), communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, trouble-shoot, and resolve issues

Preferred Skills

  • Clinical background (MA, Nurse, etc.) and/or experience in clinic administration and workflow
  • Medicat end-user experience
  • Familiarity with interfaces (lab, pharmacy, immunization, etc.)
  • Insurance billing experience

Location

Must be able to travel up to 20% and work a flexible schedule from home.
